CAMPS
We have confirmed Wings for Wheels summer camps dates:
Challenge 8 June 26 – July 3, 2015 at Raiskums near Cesis
Morning Dew 2 July 27 – 30, 2015 at Vecmuiza near Limbazi
WARM HOME
Yes, we have warm home or it is better to say – we are used to live in not so warm house. We do get 20C inside, because we got our central heater working without making too much smoke. We have finances to change the central heater during the spring, because it is still not working properly. Hopefully next year we will have warmer home.
MERCY MINISTRY PROJECT IN REZEKNE
will take place from February 22 to March 1, 2015. Evelyn is really busy with all the preparations and during next week she will need to get everything done or to delegate responsibilities for others. This is bringing us for the next theme:
GLOBAL ACCESS CONFERENCE
God has done miracles! We are going to be part of the Global Access conference (more information here in California, USA February 17-20, 2015. This conference will give us possibility to meet people with same calling, to exchange experiences, to network, to learn new things. No member from Wings for Wheels team has ever been in any Christian conference in this subject. It feels almost utopic, that we can be part of it. We have tickets and conference organizers gave us housing, food and conference from free of charge. Same time, because the trip is long and time difference big (10h) we need to spend one night before and after the conference close to the airport (we do have finances for this). We also dream to see a little bit of surroundings, because it is our first time in US. For this reason we would like to rent the car and at the moment for this we do not have finances (yet).
Our February will be really busy and so we are asking you to support us with prayers (and if you feel so, financially).
Please pray:
• God protection during our travelling times (to Estonia to bring Rasmus there, back to Riga, to California, to Riga, to Rezekne, to Estonia, to Riga)
• For wisdom to plan the time and resources to finish up the mercy project preparations on time
• For good contacts during the conference, what would benefit the work of W4W
• For strength after the long trip to be able to work hard during the Mercy Ministry project
• That Rasmus would have good time with his grandmother, ant and cousins at Hiiumaa, Estonia during this time we will be in US and Rezekne (it will be the longest period to spend it without us)
• For finances during the US time, in Rezekne and after that (we have spent all the money for California tickets – except money for the heater)
