September and October have been celebration and re-union months for us.<\/p>\n

YWAM 50th celebration Resten\u00e4s, Sweden<\/strong>
\nYWAM Northern European gathering at Resten\u00e4s Sweden was 5 days\"Loren of celebrations where the whole region gathered to celebrate 50 years of YWAM international and 30 years of YWAM Resten\u00e4s. Nearly 800 people came from the 9 nations in the region, with 40 nationalities represented among the staff and students. Celebration began with a parade of flags and cultural presentations from the each region. Evelyn was asked to represent Estonia and it was highlight to her to be able to wear Estonian national clothes and to carry Estonian flag. We had time to celebrate, but also to pay attention to messages shared by Alv Magnus (YWAM North Europe leader) and by YWAM founders, Loren and \"EvelynDarlene Cunningham. For us was introduced the new team that is taking on his role of leading YWAM Northern Europe. We saw 1,098,000 Swedish Kroner (US$161,500) come in paying of the entire debt of Resten\u00e4s campus mortgage! We also heard stories from each nation in the region. All the bases had possibility to take photo together with Loren and Darlene Cunningham and to eat a birthday cake. We had special time when Loren Cunningham asked all the children to come forward, blessed them praying that these children would share their parents mission calling. It was definitely our family
\nhighlight. The 50th celebration ended Friday night with a party. But even though we had to leave one day earlier, that evening 480 people gathered to celebrate Resten\u00e4s turning 30 years old.<\/p>\n

Celebration in Riga<\/strong>
\nThe YWAM 50th celebration also was held here in Riga. We started in the afternoon with a time with former staff and students. There were at least 1 or 2 people from almost every school that we have been held since 1993. It was interesting to see people who now pastor churches, serve in other organizations, have pioneered a Christian school, plus families, and many others.<\/p>\n

Seminar of Prophetic Justice<\/strong>
\nIn Riga we held a seminar focused on justice issues, especially for the most vulnerable, including protection for the unborn and Human Trafficking. Over 50 people from 13 nations attended and we felt this was a key step towards seeing an impact in these areas. YWAM Riga is now launching a full time ministry that will focus on issues related to Human Trafficking, and helping to make others aware of this. We, Kaspars and Evelyn, are not part of this new ministry, but because our team here in Riga is so small, we are partnering each other.<\/p>\n

School Re-unions<\/strong>
\nIn the end of October Evelyn had two school re-unions. Her secondary school had 180th anniversary and she was invited to be part of celebrations. Interestingly same week was \"Rasmusplanned also hers university course re-union and so she was able to meet during one week lot of people whom she wasn\u2019t seen already years. <\/p>\n

Work continues <\/strong>
\nAmong all the celebrations, work in YWAM Riga and with Wings for Wheels still continues. Kaspar is focusing more for his studies to be able to graduate on spring, but physiotherapy evangelism and disability awareness still continues. Evelyn is helping with administrative part of this work and starting to prepare her spirit for annual humanitarian project taken place in the end of February. Rasmus has not chosen yet, what is his strength and so he trying to copy all of our actions \u2013 speaking with phone, working with computer, cleaning rooms etc. He has also started his education in baby school, where he can play, sing, practice Latvian and do sport together with others in his age. This is weekly highlight for father and son to spend this time together.<\/p>\n

Meid oli kohal peaaegu 800 inimest P\u00f5hja-Euroopa \u00fcheksast riigist ning esindatud oli 40 rahvust. S\u00fcnnip\u00e4eva t\u00e4histamine algas rahvaste rongk\u00e4iguga, kus minul paluti esindada Eestit. Eesti lipu t\u00f5in ma sisse P\u00fchalepa (Hiiumaa) rahvariietes, mida mul oli au kanda elus esiemst korda. Rootsis oli meil v\u00f5imalik s\u00fcnnip\u00e4eva t\u00e4hitsda, aga ka kuulata loeguid Alv Magnuselt (P\u00f5hja-Euroopa NM-i juht kuni selle aasta l\u00f5puni) ning \"EvelynLoren ja Darleen Cunninghamilt (NM-i asutajad). Konverentsi ajal esitleti meile uut P\u00f5hja-Euroopa NM-i juhtide teami; me n\u00e4gime, kuidas pandi kokku korjandus Resten\u00e4si krundi h\u00fcpoteegi v\u00e4lja maksimiseks, v\u00e4\u00e4rtuses \u00fcle 1 miljoni Rootsi krooni; igal esindatud P\u00f5hja-Euroopa riigil oli v\u00f5imalus jagada, kuidas Jumal nende riigis tegutseb; k\u00f5ikidel P\u00f5hja-Euroopa NM-i keskustel oli v\u00f5imalik fotografeerida koos Loreni ja Darleeniga ja s\u00fc\u00fca s\u00fcnnip\u00e4eva torti. Meie perekonna k\u00f5ige meelej\u00e4\u00e4vamaks momendiks oli aga see hetk, kui Loren kutsus ette k\u00f5ik misjon\u00e4ride lapsed ja \u00f5nnistas neid. Loren palvetas, et need lapsed ei oleks vaid misjon\u00e4ride lapsed, vaid, et neil oleks oma kindel kutsumus selles t\u00f6\u00f6s, mida nende vanemad teevad.<\/p>\n

NM-i s\u00fcnnip\u00e4ev Riias<\/strong>
\nOktoobri alguses t\u00e4histasime NM-i juubeliaastat ka Riias. Saatsime kutsed k\u00f5ikidele endistele \u00f5pilastele ja personalile ning kohtusime paljude “vanade” NM-ikatega. L\u00e4tis on j\u00fcngrikoolid toimunud alates 1993 aastast ning peaaegu igast koolist oli kohal v\u00e4hemalt 1-2 inimest. Tore oli kohata vanu s\u00f5pru, n\u00e4ha vanu pilte ja kohata endisi \u00f5pilasi, kes t\u00e4na on pastorid, kristliku kooli rajajad, kellel on pered, huvitavad ametid jne.<\/p>\n

Prohvetliku \u00f5igluse seminar (ingl. Seminar of Prophetic Justice)<\/strong>
\nOktoobris toimus Riias seminar, mille teemaks oli abordid ja inimkaubandus. Kohale tuli \u00fcle 50 inimese 13 riigist. Riia NM-i jaoks oli see j\u00e4rgmine samm, et alustada t\u00f6\u00f6d inimkaubanduse vastu, sest septembris \u00fchines Riia NM-iga Lysette Hollandist ning alustas t\u00f6\u00f6d selles vallas.<\/p>\n

Kooli kokkutulekud<\/strong>
\nOktoobri l\u00f5pus oli mul v\u00f5imalus osaleda kahel kooli kokkutulekul. K\u00e4rdla kool Hiiumaal sai 180 aastaseks ning selle t\u00e4histamiseks toimus koolis vilistlaste kokkutulek. Kokkusattumusena juhtus, et samal n\u00e4dalal toimus ka minu \u00fclikooli sotsiaalt\u00f6\u00f6 kursuse kokkutulek ning seega \u00f5nnestus mul \u00fche n\u00e4dala jooksul kohtuda paljude vanade s\u00f5prade ja \u00f5pingukaaslastega, keda ma polnud juba aastaid kohanud.<\/p>\n

T\u00f6\u00f6 l\u00e4heb edasi<\/strong>
\nKogu selle peomeeleolu keskel on Riia Noorte Missiooni ja Wings for Wheels’i t\u00f6\u00f6 edasi kestnud. Kasparil on f\u00fcsioteraapia \"Rasmus\u00f5pingutel k\u00e4sil viimane aasta ning ta on keskendunud sellele, et kevadel kool l\u00f5petada. Samal ajal j\u00e4tkab ta ka f\u00fcsioteraapia evangelismi t\u00f6\u00f6d ja erinevate koguduste k\u00fclastamist, et teadvustada kogudusi puuetega inimeste olemasolust. Mina aitan teda administratiivse poole pealt ning olen juba alustanud ettevalmistust veebruari l\u00f5pus toimuvaks iga aastaseks suureks humanitaarabi projektiks, mis sel aastal toimub Eesti piiri l\u00e4hedal Smiltenes. Rasmus ei ole veel suutnud oma kutsumust leida ning seega proovib ta j\u00e4rgm\u00f6\u00f6da k\u00f5iki meie t\u00f6id ja tegevusi \u2013 telefoniga r\u00e4\u00e4kimine, t\u00f6\u00f6 arvutiga, koristamine, s\u00f6\u00f6gi tegemine, triikimine ja inimestega suhtlemine. Septembrist alustas ta ka kooliteed ja k\u00e4ib n\u00fc\u00fcd kord n\u00e4dalas kristlikus beebikoolis. Seal on tal v\u00f5imalik olla koos issiga, m\u00e4ngida teiste omaealistega, laulda, sportida ja l\u00e4ti keelt praktiseerida.<\/p>\n
